What does this look like?

I can’t tell if this is a mosquito bite or bee sting or what??

Hard to know without knowing how your child reacts to things. 
My first son is allergic to mosquitos and his bites look like this. They turn into huge, red knots and stay for weeks. 
But this doesn't happen to my second and if I saw this on him, I wouldn't know what it is. 
It doesn't really look like a spider bite to me. I've had several. With spider bites, you can generally see the fangs and they tend to have puss underneath the skin, being more green/yellow than red. At least that's what all of mine have looked like.

It looks like a big bite 🤷‍♀️ I’d put some Neosporin on it if it gets worse call his doctor and run it by them.
