Working out while TTC
I've worked out regularly for the past 15 years (4-5 times a week, 20-60 min each workout) so it's consistent and part of my norm. I know that it's okay to continue to workout while TTC because it's normal for me, but has anyone else heard anything different? Been TTC for the past 3 months. Just curious.
