Had a cerclage 4 weeks ago and freaked out at every pain

Sometimes I have pressure down there, sometimes I pee every 30mins, sometimes like today I feel that pressure that comes and goes. I am 28 weeks today, I got my cerclage at 23weeks 5days. It might not be anything but I need to talk to someone. My next appointment is in 6 days but today, I am in a bad mood.

I get up to pee, shower, walk around a bit or cook a little something to eat. I stopped going to the office. Most times I can't find a position that seems very comfortable. Anyone been through this? How did you cope?
