Just curious if anyone has taken Vitex to help with conceiving.... I started taking them yesterday. Looking for some success stories or how long you've been taking them.

I think it helped
Me. I took it for three months and then got pregnant first month ttc. It shortened my. Cycle by a couple of days. I took it until my second trimester then weaned off.
