Can breastfeeding make pregnancy symptoms worse?

Is anyone else on here breastfeeding or recently had a baby? My birth control failed and I may be pregnant just 10 months after having my first, and I'm still breastfeeding. 
Still in my two week wait but my symptoms so far are like with my first but times a billion. Does breastfeeding add to anything? I'm dying here🥱🥱🥱

I got pregnant 7 months pp while breastfeeding, i had no symptoms til like 7 weeks

My second pregnancy was better than my first and I was breastfeeding in the beginning of it. I don't think breastfeeding affects pregnancy symptoms, pregnancies just vary loads. Pregnancy did cause my milk to dry up though.
