When to test? TTC

So I’ve only had 2 periods postpartum. My last cycle was 37 days. before i had my 1 yr old, my cycles were 33 or 34 days on average. Should I wait until CD38 to test? I’m currently CD31. It’s so hard to wait to test...if I am pregnant I wonder if I’d get a positive now? TIA!

I would wait until a day after you’re longest cycle (so if was 37 days I would test on CD38). 
I only had 2 PP periods when I got pregnant. One was 34 days and one was 26. My cycles were 26 days before I got pregnant so I tested on CD25 and it was negative, which really bummed me out. A week later I still hadn’t started my period, so I tested again and it was super positive. It’s so hard to know when to test though when your cycle hasn’t regulated. If you have tests to spare you could test now but I know with me it wasn’t a good choice because it really affected my mental state.

Are you breastfeeding by any chance? I’m in the same situation haha but I figured I would have irregular periods since I’m still breastfeeding. I haven’t experienced any pregnancy symptoms so I’m borderline not worried 😆 I would wait five days after expected period to test by then your HCG levels should be readable
