Heart beat??! But I miscarried ...

Soo it’s a long story but I will make it short ! Basically the doctors declared I had a miscarriage may 4th I bled for 7 days I think I passed the sac? But idk it’s been really hard on me and honestly I think I’m losing my mind I took my fetal Doppler this morning I would be 8 weeks and I guess I tried to find a heartbeat I still have most of my symptoms and I heard a heart beat but I’m not sure if it was mine or not it wasn’t EXTREMELY FAST but it was in my lower abdomen the BPM were 122 I think but I think it was my heart I was hearing if need be I’ll post a video in the comments so you guys can hear too just ask! Someone please help
