Passing out and didn't go to the doctor?

Question

So I had a black out/passed out at the store but I sat down before everything went black. Didn't go to the doctors....am I bad 'mom'? I've only passed out once, before I was pregnant but I'm 23 weeks now. I'm conflicted and almost feel bad?

You should go ti the doctor and be checked for an iron deficiency that can affect your baby. Maybe you are anemic and all you need are some supplements. Why don’t you want to go to the doctor? At least call them to see what they say.

I’ve fainted and passed out a good chunk of times or I was just about to pass out. It’s super common during pregnancy with the extra blood and hormones and everything else going on. I’d suggest bringing water/ juice and a snack of some sort with you basically everywhere you go to help with keeping blood sugar at a decent level to avoid passing out. Also I’d bring it up at your ob or family doctors appointment just so they at least know. If you ever feel something is off or wrong tho don’t be afraid to go and get checked out
