So my little guy has mild eczema. Lately his body has been good minus a few dry patches here and there. His neck, chin, and cheeks have gotten back in the last few days! I keep dabbing his drool and moisturizing the areas but nothing’s helping! Anyone in similar situations or have another possible solution?? I’m not sure this is his eczema but maybe drool rash as he has two teeth that have broke through last week. Excuse his funny face...he didn’t like the flash 😂
