Car seat Help!

Does your convertible wiggle or move at all once installed?? I am installing the Nuna Rava and it seems to be installed correctly there is only 3 steps but I can wiggle the seat so it can’t be right?? The belt cannot be pulled any tighter through the belt path. Thoughts?
