Helppp

So my period was late last month by about two weeks (came on the 14th) it was super painful but only lasted 4 days and was pretty light for me not really any clots or anything? But all tests leading up to this were negative. Now this month again it’s late! I have 31 day cycles haven’t been late since my last pregnancy (ectopic) haven’t really got any symptoms but it’s so frustrating going off when I last had what I assume to be my period it was due on the 11th or the 14th. Any similar stories?? Thank you!
