Do you sleep when you're pregnant?

Hey all! I'm currently 6w pregnant and I cant sleep for nothing! What are y'alls remedies that are safe to use that will knock me out?! I need help!

I take Benadryl for sleep and it’s on my doctor’s safe list so I’m continuing that. I used to also take melatonin and drink Sleepytime tea but not supposed to have those in pregnancy.

Unisom. Prescribed by my MD for nausea and other than my nightly bathroom trips I finalllly am sleeping through the night.
