Did i mess up 😳

Im 27 an a half weeks well mu feiend had bought me some mothers milk tea i was drinking a cup to just enjoy well then i was told Fenugreek can induce labor .. do you think i will be ok?

Those remedies only work if you're about to go into labor naturally on your own any moment anyway. It won't trigger preterm labor. And 1 cup certainly won't do it. Just avoid castor oil.

Remember, if any of the edible things that can possibly induce labour actually did in normal quantities, then
A) no-one would ever have to be induced cos they could just eat a pineapple or whatever and BOOM labour 😎
B) they would be on the list with cigarettes/alcohol/drugs for things to NOT consume during pregnancy
Even then, in order to induce labour you’d probably have to consume some ridiculously huge amount like 100 strong cups of pure fenugreek tea (I made that number up but you get what I mean).
Obviously, it’s prudent to avoid drinking teas or taking other herbal mixtures where you’re not actually certain what’s even in it but that’s not your situation
TL;DR you’re fine 😁 if you want a tea to enjoy in pregnancy and all other times, I recommend rooibos (red bush) tea as it’s caffeine free and delicious.
