I was scheduled to be induced yesterday at 8, but contractions started earlier in the day so we came on in early! I was 40w1d. I was only dilated 2cm 🙄 But Bc I was dilated, my dr decided against the cervidil and said they would wait till midnight and do pitocin if necessary. Well 6 hours later I was still a 2 😩 They gave me pain meds (not the epidural) and I dozed some and progressed to almost a 4 but the contractions got so bad I thought I was going to throw up. They were able to start the epidural then and I thought, perfect I’ll take a nap. (It was about 3 am by then)
