IS THIS TOO MUCH BLOOD?!

I’m currently 4 weeks pregnant exactly today and have been having light bleeding. It started yesterday after sex but it was super light hardly anything on the toilet paper, it was just red/pink tint. It only lasted about a hour or two, and then a tiny bit this morning. I just went to the bathroom for the first time since this morning and found this in my underwear. This is all when I wiped but I’m just nervous asf! I can’t help but think I’m gonna do something wrong. Doctor said to just monitor it and call back if it gets worse and I have cramping but ughhh. I haven’t been cramping or anything I’ve been fine all day. Just need reassurance rn 🥺
