Pregnancy after IUD removal

Hi ladies, I am on month 4 of my IUD Kyleena removal and so far, no luck while TTC. I had the IUD in for about 3 years and once it was removed it took a few weeks to get a full period. Since then I have had 2 positive pregnancy tests and lost the pregnancy I am assuming to be a chemical pregnancy. I know this is extremely impatient as I know many women experience a lot longer of wait times until they conceive but I want to see if anyone is experiencing the same as I am. I do not have any medical issues as far as fertility goes that I know of. we are trying for baby #3 and I am going to see my ob this week. Maybe I can get some clarity or some hope with your stories that ended in a successful pregnancy after IUD removal? How long did it take you? Did you experience any chemical pregnancy/miscarriage after IUD removal? Any insight or hope you can give would be greatly appreciated! Also, I am having my hormone testing done due to my thyroid being inflamed so going through some testing done to tell me if I have any issues there. Anyways there is a little back story.
