Got my thyroid checked after miscarriages. Could this be a factor?

edit- I miscarried twice back to back, my doctor said she would test lupus, arthritis, hormones ect. then when I went to her office she kind of said that testing is expensive and they normally wouldn’t unless it happens three times. I told her I still wanted everything checked and she sent these test to the lab. So I’m assuming that all the blood they took from me didn’t test any of those things other then my BC, Vitamin D and my Thyroid? I’m confused. Should I go somewhere else?
