Anyone’s baby been engaged 2cm dilated and 60 percent effaced at 31 weeks without being in labor? The Braxton Hicks hurt so bad and she’s dropped already. Anyone else experience this? I feel like I can’t walk or breathe but this happened the other night too and I was having contractions but they said She’s not coming right now based on the tests they did for preterm labor. Any ideas on easing the pain? I feel like I’ve tried everything!
