i have a lot of issues with accepting that people like me and don’t actually have ulterior motives (i’m getting help for that btw), so i definitely turn to my bf to make sure i’m not tearing myself down unnecessarily

A few others, usually specific people. 
I feel like I don't deserve love, nobody will ever understand me & that everyone hates me or will abandon me. 
So I do not want to need validation and try to stay away from people so it's clear  I do not need them.
Today is a hard day. Me and my boyfriend had a weird week and I am scared he doesn't love me, but he does. I think I am projecting to some degree, I love him, but feel disconnected and unfulfilled and upset. These things are circumstantial & not his fault. 
I want my best friend and grandma and brother to like me too. My best friends validation is probably most vital to me, but I can do without it too. 
I don't know. I have fucking issues. But at least I don't mind what strangers think.
