I gave birth 10 days ago and I am now having trouble pooping 😂 is there any specific stool softener that I can take while breastfeeding? Please and thank you ❤️

My doctor recommended Colace after I gave birth. When I was pregnant with my second, I prepared my body with Miralax that she also recommended.
