Baby spitting up when laying down ??

Question

We will nurse and he will be burped. I’ll lay him in his bassinet and he will after awhile, spit up.. sometimes coming out of his nose too. At times he will even sound a little “snotty” or congested in his nose...  am terrified of
Him choking and ya Not hearing it. Is there anything more I can do than burp him after feedings??!😕
He is a month old this week

My first had reflux. I fed him sitting up and burped him a few times by sitting him on my lightly bouncing knee, holding up his head, gently patting his back. He still spit up sometimes but not as bad.

My son was the exact same and he had reflux, it was scary. 
We started feeding then sitting him upright for 30 min after then laying him down. It made night time feeds super long but it helped with the vomit because the milk would be settled in his belly so less of a chance of it coming up again.

Let him sit up for a goodwhile like 20 mins after you feed him

It’s definitely reflux and yes, take it VERY serious. My daughter had it bad & has choked from it to the point a ambulance had to come. So I’d make sure you don’t lay your baby flat and if you can when you lay your baby down it’s better if the bed is risen very slightly in the head area. They make a pillow for it ( we got ours at buy buybaby for $20 ) it helped a lot.

My SIL won’t lay my nephew down flat for at least 20 mins after feeding or he spits up more than normal.

Try sitting him up for a while after feeding rather than laying him down straight away
