What did implantation cramps feel like to you?

To those women that have been pregnant before what can you describe as implantation cramps or how did it feel to you?!

felt like my period was about to come but never did. they were like normal cramps for me.

I wouldn’t call it implantation cramps cuz i can’t be certain on exactly when I implanted. But I had period like cramps and tested positive after. Didn’t feel any different
