Does shorter hair look good on chubby faces?

So I stupidly got my mother (who hasn't done hair since the mid 90s) give me a perm..my hair is about an inch or 2 from my butt, so its very long and just doesn't look good with the perm. 
So I was thinking about cutting it to my shoulders BUT I've always felt like when chubby girls or girls with a big head get shorter hair their head looks chubbier and just bigger.
Last time I had short hair I weigbed 135 and it was hella cute but after having a baby and just letting myself go I now weigh 180 and getting a bit of a double chin..
Whats your opinion? Do you think big head or chubby face looks bad with short hair?

To your shoulders will be a good length. 
I’m a hairstylist and i normally suggest a angle in front of your face to frame your face and it will also elongate your face, or angle it down in front so it’s a bit longer than the back and that will elongate your face as well 🙂

I personally have decided my face is too chubby for short hair. But some girls who think they couldn't pull it off absolutely could.
Maybe try a mid length to get a closer idea of if you'd like it or not?
Or just do it and if you don't like it, it'll grow back 🤷‍♀️

I thought this at first and I was so scared to cut my hair I thought my forehead was going be out there and one day I just chopped away and honestly my forehead ain’t that big and my mama plus size and that’s all she wear is short hair so I’ll say go for it

I was 195 pounds when I had my hair at its shortest. And I honestly MISS it alot. My husband wanted me to grow it out and now ita looooonnngggg. Short hair is easy and fun!!
