So my name is Kelsea. The “a” at the end always throws people off but I love having a unique name. My other two daughters names are Cora and Kenna. Cora’s dads name is Chase so she matches the “c”.. kenna matches me with the “k” and my third baby will start with an “e” as her dads name is Ethan. But should I spell her name unique too?

The first and second are em-e-lee and I would pronounce the third em-eel-ia so if you are set on Emily as the pronunciation I wouldn’t do the third spelling

You could also do "Emileigh" or "Emaleigh", that might be a cute way to spell it. I like the original, but my mom's name is Emily, so I'm biased, hahaha.
