14+2 stomach pain

Last night and throughout the night I’ve been feeling really bad pain in my stomach and abdomen, mostly on my right side. It seems like round ligament pain. Really bad, I can barely move. It’s very sharp all the way down my side and I can’t lay down properly.

I woke up and my stomach is now rock hard and massive and I still have the pain of not being able to move.

What happened, is the rock hard stomach and intensity of the pain anything to be concerned about?
