Does anyone work there or know someone who does? I sent in my ring to be resized in February. Obviously covid happened and shut down the stores in March so I couldn’t get it back. Stores are now open for curbside and other states besides mine are opening. I called to check if I could get my ring back and they said no. Finally I got a hold of someone who told me my ring was not there, so I asked for the resizing company name but they would not give it to me. All I know is that they’re located in Colorado. I tried CS but they didn’t know. I’m at a loss. This is my brand new engagement ring and I just want it back. Does anyone know the company who resizes the rings from kohl’s?😩
