I've been feeling sick and ready to vomit all day, but it's just three days after ovulating...has anyone had this? Is it a sign that after 3 years of ttc it's finally worked? Or do I just have a tummy bug?

I think it's too early. Your body doesn't start reacting until implantation. You may be sick but it may be residual if ovulating. I typically get nauseous around ovulation for a few days.
