Septate uterus?

Question

Doc thinks it’s a septate, I’m not doctor or anything but it just looks so odd! It’s curvy? (First time able to read an ultrasound) someone help explain if you could! I was too nervous to ask questions

I was just diagnosed with the same thing! I had a miscarriage at 12 weeks and during that pregnancy they thought I had a bicornuate uterus but after my loss the insisted I have an MRI to truly diagnose me and they found that I I do have a septate uterus. I’ve done a lot of research and it says it can be corrected by surgery but I’ve also seen where many women have conceived and carried full term healthy babes. There was also a section where it was said to increase risk of miscarrying from 8-23%. I speak with my doctor in a week about what my options are. Good luck!
