Blood smells like crap?

Okay so I miscarried not even sure how far along I was they just said super early just started bleeding Friday and today I went to go change my pad and it literally smelled like shit 🤢 I haven’t really passed clots or anything yet just like spotting red and a little bit of mild pain in stomach not much cramping. Also my feet and hands have been starting to swell I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it but started with the bad smelling blood. I don’t have a fever or doubling over in pain. Just very concerned with that smell and it has still smelled every time I’ve went to the bathroom and wiped or changed my pad. Also i am a clean person wash my body everyday wash hair every other lol
