Low hcg, faint positive

According to glow I’m 4+3. I am getting very faint positives. But the nurse said my HCG is 4.

Then just to add to my frustration I decide to take opk and tested peak positive!

No sign of AF. I do feel little twinges and a bit tired. Any ideas?

I go for an ultrasound tomorrow to solve the mystery.
