Made freezer meals for post pregnancy
Freezer meal prep for post pregnancy! It took me two days plus a rest day in between- being almost 37 weeks pregnant is no joke and it’s pretty funny I thought I would get all this done in 1 day. My brain thinks I can still do allll the things but my body says differently! Whew it’s a hard adjustment.

Now all these are not my typical “healthy” meals I gravitate towards- my goal was to make things I could grab, heat in the microwave, and eat with one hand that are high in calories. There will still be plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables, salads, and fresh cooked meals.
