Carpal Tunnel
Anyone have anything that’s helping their pregnancy carpal tunnel? I’m 38w today and still trying to work, but my hands are so miserable! I’ve tried braces and cold packs. Can’t take any anti inflammatories. Between the swelling and the CT I might as well lay here useless for two more weeks... but that’s not an option. Help!!
