I’m having tightening back pains is this labor pains? Just curious I’ve never had it before lol

Does it feel pulsating? I’ve had this happen twice today. I went from standing to sitting and my lower back was pulsating for like 10 seconds and almost brought me to tears!

At the beginning like an aching nagging pain

It felt like a lot of pressure. And felt like i was getting shocked in the back and the only thing that helped me was my fiance adding more pressure to it
