Failed NIPT test x2

So I did the first exam at 12 weeks and it came back inconclusive and the baby turned out fine. Well we did it again at 16 weeks (last week) and once again we just got the results and I got the exact same results....what could be going on? I go into my OBGYN here in an hour and get another sonogram. Should I be worried at this point? I’m really nervous....
