Nosebleeds and Miscarriage

Hey ladies! I have a question and it might seem silly. Although, I feel after loss you can make up all sorts of things in your head. I’m on my third pregnancy, the first two ended in miscarriage. With the first two I had nosebleeds around the time I misscarried. Actually the second one was a missed miscarriage and we didn’t know until 8 weeks but the baby passed at 5 weeks and 2 days (which is when I had the nosebleed). Weirdly enough, I’m 5 weeks and 2 days with this pregnancy and I had a nosebleed today randomly. So naturally my mind goes to worst case scenario. Has anyone experienced this?

I fully understand I may sound crazy 😂 I’m trying not to worry, but it is just so hard when all I know is loss.
