Freemie is still hospital grade motor I believe. It takes some experimenting with settings but once you find what works for you the output is equal to something like my spectra.

Wearable sucks.  I got about 1/4 of the milk as I got from the hospital grade pump.

Medela is hospital grade but also wearable as you can put batteries in it.
