The midwife did a transvaginal ultrasound at my first apt, I was 4 weeks. She did not see anything so she scheduled me in two weeks. I went back and she still doesn’t see anything. My HCG levels are 7000, is this normal? Should I be worried that they can’t see anything. The midwife keeps saying she needs to make sure it’s a “viable pregnancy”. This my first pregnancy ever. Just not sure what to think. Has anyone else been through this?

May 26th.. UPDATE: went to my ultrasound and they found my baby🥰 looks like I am a week behind then we originally thought. I just am just happy, relieved, and thankful for the well wishes and advice you guys gave me. Especially since this is my first pregnancy. ❤️
