Is it ok to drink a lot of water if you’re trying to get pregnant?

Yes and once you are pregnant that is literally all your ob is going to tell you. Cramps? Drink more water dizzy? Drink more water got cravings? More water... 😂

Water is perfect! Like already stated an OB will encourage all the water while you are pregnant also. You need ATLEAST 8 cups a day while pregnant of water and that’s the minimum 😁. Plus it’s good for your whole body whole TTC also.
