Do I need surgery?
Any advice.
There are 2 separate cervical canals that are separated by midline septum. There is single endometrial canal present but there is partial bicornuate uterus with prominent endometrial horn without discrete septum present.
There is septum present in the servix with 2 separate ednocervical canals. There is no evidence of septum within the uterus but there are prominent right and left uterine horns. Consistent with a partial bicornuate uterus. There doesn’t appear to be vaginal septum.
