I have a horrible canker sore :(
It hurts to even talk :((
I been doing the warm water with salt anything else I can do ladies ?

I get them frequently I buy a product called “kanka soft brush” it’s a numbing medicine that really helps them pretty quickly. You can get it at the grocery store or pharmacy for like $3-$4 in the toothpaste section

I rub salt into mine lol and dig it out kinda. It hurts bad but they go away fast when I do it.

I just got one also and I found this mouth wash from Walmart called Colgate peroxl mouth sore rinse and it has helped a lot.

Any home remedy ?
