Sleep cycle awakenings
So my 5 week old has been waking up half asleep screaming crying and kicking in the middle of his naps and sleep.... but I have googled it and it seems to be and interrupted sleep cycle thar he can’t put himself back to sleep possibly 😩 and then I have issues getting him back to sleep as well and then he is awake 😩
Has anybody experienced this and have any advice?
