Bad UTI

I had sex last night and didn’t pee after.. i always get a UTI when I don’t but the baby was crying and I had to get to her ASAP and couldn’t go after having sex. It hit me like a train this evening hurts so bad to pee, burns like crazy, and feels like I have to go constantly. I also am bleeding some blood when I pee. I had to call on call it hurts so bad. I took azo and it gave me zero relief. Wondering if the antibiotics they called me in will have instant relief?! Ugh I’m hoping.
