This sucks!! Am I the only one?? TMI sorry

Started my period today and man it hits hard. The headaches, bloating, back aches etc... Now whenever I start my monthly, I get super bad diarrhea for the first day of my monthly. Is that normal? Am I the only one who gets this during my monthly? It's quite annoying ya know lol 😂😂😂

Yes I get bad diarrhea as well. Just think about how inflamed your uterus is and it can definitely effect your bowels.

Oh thank the heavens I'm not the only one!! It sucks so much!! What makes it worse is knowing I have no gall bladder so it makes my stomach feel more uncomfortable and I have to rub my stomach to get it to calm down. Thank god for my fiance who understands and cuddles me when I am going through my monthly 😭😭😂😂😍😍
