Recurring Clogged Ducts

[Tired beyond belief]

Any advice is appreciated as I am sick and tired of these clogged ducts. Baby is 8 weeks old and I get clogged ducts like every couple of days or every week or so. They last about 2 or 3 days to clear up with a TON of work. Im talking massages in hot hot shower twice a day, compresses, pumping, essential oils, vibrating stuff on them, haakaa with bath salts, and a loooot of on demand nursing in several different positions all day. I try to go braless as much as possible around the house. Plus i even started taking lecithin about 2 weeks ago. I also have a bleb on one nipple that keeps coming back and i keep treating that too. They seem to pop up especially if i do any side lying nursing so I try to do that at a minimum. I feel like I've tried everything and it just keeps happening???
