Is this a normal amount of bleeding?

Currently around 3-4 weeks pregnant. Got 4 positive pregnancy tests including one at the doctors. Tried doing a vaginal ultrasound and couldnt see anything but she said it could be because it's so early and wasnt really expecting to see anything anyways. I do have a cyst on my ovary as well. Period wasnt due until the 30th. However since last Friday every time I have intercourse I bleed. I bled alot last friday and tonight had a good amount the size of my palm. Still having a few drops of blood her and there and when I wipe I get this. Should I be concerned? Is this a normal amount during pregnancy?
