Baby poop help!!!!!!

So recently I called my baby’s pediatrician because I was considered about his formula. The nurse had told me he should be okay and told me things to do for the things I had asked. She did says if he does get diarrhea to give them back a call back. Does this look like diarrhea? Before this poop his poop would be like mustard yellow which they said it was a good poop color and shouldn’t worry. I am only bottle feeding. My baby is 1 month old. Last night he was kind of fussy I know there was something bugging him and wasn’t sure but I wasn’t sure he did poop 6 times yesterday. So the things I had asked the nurse was if it’s normal for him to poop a lot he poop between 4-8 times before, during, and after every feeding and she told me he probably digest the formula really fast and that’s when she said to call if he gets diarrhea. The other question I had asked was he spits up a lot even if he burps we do not move him a lot and he eats about 3-4 oz every 3-4 hours sometimes 2 hours he gets hungry a lot. She said to just stick with giving him 3 oz but he sometimes doesn’t get full and wants more but then she also said burp him for every oz he eats and I am doing that but still he tends to spit up. He is currently on the gentlease formula...what should I do help! Thank you in advance!!
