Exclusively breast fed baby’s poop at 2 months old showing blood in stool. Is this what a baby’s stool with milk protein allergy looks like?

Yes, looks incredibly similar to my baby who also had a milk protein allergy. In my case I cut out dairy which helped, but there will still instances of blood, suggesting there was something else in my diet that was irritating their digestive track. I cut out the top 10 allergens from my diet for months and it still wasn’t perfect.  You can try formula or cutting out dairy/soy.  It’s hard.  My baby got way better after 6 months.  It was like their digestive system matured.  Good luck! Every baby seems to be slightly different with how they react.

That's how my LO's BMs looked like when he was diagnosed with a milk protein allergy. He also had a sensitivity to soy. Start by cutting diary out of your diet. It takes 2-3 weeks for the dairy to completely leave your system so give it some time. My LO is almost 2.5 now and has never adjusted fully to dairy. He does well with lactose free milk though so at least he isn't reacting to the proteins anymore.

It looks like the poop of a breastfeed baby, im guessing the baby is under 6 months, if the baby dont have a rash, the baby dont have any symptoms of casein intolerance dont worry, if he had an allergy it will be evident immediately, no need to adjust ur diet.
