I have an iSnow Med BBT thermometer and i love it so far. It reads quickly, beeps a little loud and can be a bit annoying but we have both gotten used to it😂 it also saves your previous temp if you need to go back to it later. 
Its small and comes in a protective case too which helps if you need to travel. I set an alarm every day and temp at the same time

If you're looking to wake up at the same time every day and be really good about it then you can get one with two decimal points at most pharmacies for cheap. If you're bad at routine and ok spending the money, I love my tempdrop.
