Hi ladies, need your advice

I am 10 days late, I am usually very regular in my period. I have already done several tests and they have all come out negative. I have days with punctures in the ovaries and yesterday and today with a little vertigo. What do you guys think I should give up and just wait for my period. or has someone happened to you and have you gotten pregnant?
