Ivf protocol -2nd time

Hi all-I’m starting my 2nd ivf next Friday. I’m 41 and my first failed due to egg quality l. Also had a miscarriage 2 years ago. My med list is below. Has anyone taken these? My first time I did menopur, gonal and follistism. I have not used cetrotide? How do these look for a more aggressive approach?
